Meet Dior
As pretty as a picture, Dior truly lives up to her name as the consummate diva. Lively and spirited in the show ring and equally at home snoozing on the couch, Dior has a personality that charms each person she meets.
Dior is a co-own with Candace Lundin of DBF Russell Terriers. We are very honoured that Candace and Frank would share her with us as we know she was a favourite at their farm.
Dior spends her days avoiding work and using her feminine charms to yield as many treats as possible. Her favourite activities including eating, going for car rides, eating, strutting her stuff at dog shows, eating, and chasing and barking at the lawnmower.
Dior is trained, handled, and groomed exclusively by terrier expert Tina Sandford.
Competitive Highlights
Dior is an American Champion and Grand Champion. In August 2021; at only her second show out, Dior completed the requirements to earn her Canadian championship and also won a Best in Show, making her the first Russell Terrier in breed history to receive this title in Canada. We are very thankful to esteemed judge Mr. Mike Jackman for awarding this honour to our girl.
Dior's 2021 campaign in Canada was a whirlwind of excitement, culminating in 8 Best in Shows, 4 Reserve Best in Shows, 19 Gr 1sts, and many other group placements, making her the top winning Russell Terrier of all time in Canada. We are thrilled with Dior's many successes and honoured to have been so highly awarded in the ring by judges from Canada and the United States.
At present, Dior is enjoying life as a lady of leisure with her final litter in her near future.
Health Testing
Dior's health testing is complete. She is clear of PLL, LOA, and SCA, and a carrier of DM. Dior's eyes, ears, and patellas are certified normal.
All of Dior's test results will soon be listed on the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals.
